Free US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required, no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery within the United States.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding French and US federal holidays. Orders placed after 6 PM CET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. You can also track your order at theaparis.com/pages/track-my-order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Théa Paris is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to the United States only. International shipping options will be announced via our newsletter as we expand our fulfillment partners.
