📦 Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days after a 1–2 day processing window. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate $15.99 anywhere in the United States — no surprise fees at checkout. We do not currently ship outside the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We are a US-focused brand to keep delivery times fast and predictable. International shipping will roll out in late 2026 — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our US fulfillment partner in California. Most orders reach the East Coast in 6–7 business days, the West Coast in 4–6.
My package is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it.
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first — most "missing" packages are found within 2–3 days. If still missing, email contact@theaparis.com with your order number and we open an investigation with the carrier.

What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery — item must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I return an item?
Email contact@theaparis.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds settle to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. PayPal: 1–3 business days.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
For size or color exchanges, return the item using the standard return process and place a new order for the size/color you want. This is faster than waiting for an exchange.
👗 Sizing & fit
How do your sizes run?
True to US sizing. Each product page has a detailed size chart with body measurements (bust, waist, hips, inseam) and the model's size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller for a fitted look or the larger for a relaxed fit.
What fits women between sizes 0 and 14?
All our pieces are designed and fit-tested across the full US 0–14 range, not just on a sample size 4. We are working toward extending to 16+ in late 2026.
The size chart says I'm between two sizes — which should I take?
For tops & dresses: take the smaller for closer fit. For pants: take the smaller if you want a tailored waist, the larger for more leg room. For shoes: take the smaller (our elastic toplines stretch ~5 mm).

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. See Payment Policy for details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified), the same standard used by major US banks. We never see or store your full card number.
When is my card charged?
At the moment you place the order, not when the order ships.
👕 Products & materials
Where are your clothes made?
Designed in Paris. Manufactured in small-batch family workshops in Portugal, Italy, and Tunisia — partners we have visited in person. We use deadstock and OEKO-TEX / GOTS certified textiles wherever possible.
How do I care for my Théa Paris pieces?
Each product has detailed care instructions on the product page. General rule: cold wash, hang dry. We do not recommend tumble drying or dry cleaning unless the label says so.
Are your products restock-able?
Yes. Our hero pieces (ballet flats, straight pants, crop top) are restocked every 6–8 weeks. Limited-edition drops are clearly marked as such on the product page.
