What is Théa Paris?
Théa Paris is a US-based online fashion brand offering a curated selection of minimalist, Paris-inspired women's clothing. We are a small direct-to-consumer brand — not a department store, not fast fashion. We source and curate our collection with production partners and fulfill orders through a US fulfillment partner.

How do your clothes get to me?
We work with a US fulfillment partner. Your order ships directly from our US warehouse to your address. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped. Transit takes 7–10 business days. Total estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after you place your order. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We are a US-focused brand to keep delivery times fast and predictable. International shipping will roll out as we expand — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our US fulfillment partner. Most orders reach the East Coast in 7–8 business days, the West Coast in 5–7.
My package is marked delivered but I have not received it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office first — most missing packages are found within 2–3 days. If still missing, email contact@theaparis.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I return an item?
Email contact@theaparis.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want — this is faster.
Sizing & Fit
How do your sizes run?
True to US sizing (0–14). Each product page has a detailed size chart with body measurements. If between sizes, take the smaller for a fitted look or the larger for a relaxed fit.
The size chart says I am between two sizes — which should I take?
For tops and dresses: take the smaller for a closer fit. For pants: take the smaller for a tailored waist, the larger for more leg room. For shoes: take the smaller (elastic toplines stretch ~5 mm).

What payment methods do you accept?

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) — the same security standard used by major US banks. We never see or store your full card number.
When is my card charged?
At the moment you place the order, not when it ships.

How do I care for my Théa Paris pieces?
Each product page has detailed care instructions. General rule: cold wash, hang dry. We do not recommend tumble drying unless the label says so.
