Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on theaparis.com. Théa Paris is a French auto-entreprise (SIRET: 923 677 108 00014) operating under French and EU consumer law, selling and shipping to customers in the United States.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@theaparis.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back using a carrier of your choice. Keep your tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@theaparis.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by French law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU/French law.
