Track My Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier system.

Check Your Order Status

To track your package, use one of the following methods:

  • Email confirmation: click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • 17TRACK: visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number.
  • USPS / UPS / FedEx: enter your tracking number directly on the carrier website.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery to US addresses.

Did Not Receive a Tracking Number?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find your shipping confirmation, contact us:

  • Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CET).
